Online registration is closed. Onsite registrations will be accepted.

By attending this conference, permission and license is given to publish, reproduce, tape, print, distribute, and/or otherwise use my name and any still or moving photographic image, likeness or sound recordings.

Conference Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to CACP via email. Refund requests received by Tuesday, January 31 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds received from February 1 through February 5 will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after February 5 or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitutions are encouraged.

Opportunities exist for you to connect with the attendees through sponsorship. You may sponsor a breakfast, lunch or break during Mid-Year. Sponsorships range from $400 to $600. Your logo will be featured on the website, in the program, and during your respective breakfast, lunch or break. Sponsorship spots will be given on a first come, first serve basis. 

The form for 2017 Mid-Year Sponsorship is closed. To ensure your spot in the program, we will need your logo no later than January 31, 2017.
