The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office has partnered with Daniels College of Business to develop the Public Safety Leadership Program. "The primary objective of the Daniels College of Business Public Safety Leadership Development Program is to further develop public safety emerging leaders in our local communities. Participants will gain insight into their personal style, capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses and in turn understand their team’s capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. Emphasis will be placed on developing leaders and understanding team dynamics. The program, developed in partnership with the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, combines world-class speakers with personal assessments, leadership exercises, analytical assignments, and challenging activities to provide a life- changing experience."
