My name is Dave Gardner and I’m a Program Manager with the Virginia Center for Policing Innovation (VCPI) in Richmond, VA. VCPI ( is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing professional development opportunities, resources and support to law enforcement organizations throughout the U.S.

Ten Steps To A Graffiti Free City Course Now Offered Online

This course will cover how to conduct a successful graffiti investigation as well as the ten proven steps a city needs to take to become graffiti free.

“Ten Steps to a Graffiti Free City” has been approved by the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST).  This 8-Hour course has achieved the National Certification Program seal for both on-line and in-person participants.
