EXTENDED - DOLA's Gray & Black Market MJ Enforcement Grant Program NOFA: APRIL 30, 2019Posted: April 18, 2019 Good news - we have extended the due date for the GBMJ application to APRIL 30, 2019! An additional month to get those applications in!! Please notify your respective local government, law enforcement and DA contacts and send any questions to Tamara Norton at [email protected]. The Gray and Black Market Marijuana Enforcement Grant program (GBMJ) has been restructured. It is still dedicated for the purposes of providing financial assistance to local law enforcement and district attorney's through the local governments for investigation and prosecution costs associated with unlicensed marijuana cultivation or distribution. However, financial assistance will now be provided on a population basis to all local governments who apply, or opt-in. In addition, rural areas as defined by statute will be weighted heavier to meet the statutory priority for these areas.
