First Annual Lighting the Torch Awards Luncheon and Discussion

The First Annual Lighting the Torch Awards Luncheon and Discussion on August 28th at the Denver Botanical Gardens, will feature national experts in law enforcement and prosecution, including Mike Signer, former Mayor of Charlottesville, and Mary McCord, Georgetown University Professor of Law and formerly the Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice's National Security Branch. Mayor Signer and Ms. McCord will not only share the true story of the incident in Charlottesville in 2017, but they will provide useful and practical guidance to law enforcement a city leaders on how to prepare for a similar event.
