Each award winner received a plaque for their recognition and they posed for photos with Commissioner Bill Bratton.

Executive Education Public Safety Leadership Development Program

The primary objective of the Daniels College of Business Public Safety Leadership Development Program is to further develop public safety emerging leaders in our local communities. Participants will gain insight into their personal style, capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses and in turn understand their team’s capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. Emphasis will be placed on developing leaders and understanding team dynamics. The program, developed in partnership with the Colorado Public Safety offices combines world-class speakers with personal assessments, leadership exercises, analytical assignments, and challenging activities to provide a life-changing experience.
Program Participants Receive: • Access to some of the world’s best resources in graduate level business education and leadership development • Increased visibility into areas of personal strength and insight into potential areas for growth • Tools to develop and maintain stronger peer relationships and information to help with current challenges • Education to improve team organizational performance • Exposure to best practices in a variety of subject matter areas to assist in dealing with business and operational situations
Class Dates: Session 1: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, September 24 - 26, 2018 Session 2: Thursday, October 25, 2018 Session 3: Monday, December 3, 2018
