2023 Annual Conference Exhibitor-Only Opportunities

Exhibitor Fees - $700

Additional Exhibitor Only Pass - $110 each

The exhibit fee includes:

  • Table-top space including one 6-foot table and two chairs.
  • Listing in the onsite program guide
  • DirectWeb link to your organization’s homepage. Please provide URL on the application form.
  • One “Exhibitor Only” pass is included in the cost of an exhibit space, which includes lunch on Tuesday. Additional passes available for $110 each. If an exhibitor chooses to attend any conference sessions, they are required to register for the conference separately. The “Exhibitor Only” pass does not include admission to conference sessions.
Important Dates:
Final deadline for Sponsorship and Exhibitor registration is May 26th, 2023.

Exhibitor Schedule

Details will be sent closer to the conference in the exhibitor and sponsor kit regarding specific times, booth location, etc.

Monday, June 5th:
  • Exhibitors and sponsors can set-up booth Monday from 9AM - 5PM.

Tuesday, June 6th:

  • Exhibit hall will be open 7AM - 7PM to both attendees and invited guests.
  • Sponsor presentations (at qualifying levels) will be scheduled with the CACP office. 
  • Exhibitors may dismantle their tables at the end of the reception on Tuesday or on Wednesday between 8 - 11AM.

Wednesday, June 7th:

  • Exhibitors may dismantle their tables at the end of the reception on Tuesday or on Wednesday between 8 - 11AM.

PACKAGE RECEIVING: Should you be shipping boxes for your exhibit, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible for further instruction.

Due to limited storage space, we request that shipments not arrive any earlier than three days prior to the group’s arrival. Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept packages that appear damaged, and in the event, assumes no liability for the condition of the contents of such packages.  Hotel will not accept responsibility for meeting materials delivered prior to seven (7) days before function. 

POWER AND INTERNET NEEDS:

Power and internet must be ordered and paid directly, to the Ridgeline, using the form provided below. 

Note: if you do not need a high-speed, hard-wired connection, internet is available in the conference center at no charge. Depending on your needs, it is recommended you discuss this with Spectrum Audio Visual, to make sure you have what you need during the trade show.

 NOTE: Sponsors will encompass those companies or other entities offering materials, products or services of specific interest to attendees as determined by CACP in its sole discretion. Sponsors deemed ineligible will be notified separately and will receive a full refund prior to the event.
