Frederick Police Chief Gary Barbour To RetirePosted: August 3, 2017 Former CACP President, Chief Gary Barbour of Frederick Police Department will retire on Friday, August 18. He has been in municipal police services for 49 years. Please help us thank him for his service to CACP and to the law enforcement community. The Colorado Fallen Hero Foundation (CFHF) will bring together multi-agency professionals with a variety of specialized skills to respond,and assist any organization with a memorial service befitting a hero as needed.
