The Annual Colorado Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony is set for May 3rd at 10:00 AM at Camp George West (CSP Training Academy) in Golden. There will be 10 new names added to the memorial. The 3 who died in 2023 are Officer Julian G. Becerra, (Fountain PD), Parole Officer Christine Guerin-Sandoval (Dept of Corrections), and Sergeant Michael A. Moran (Cortez PD). In addition, 7 additional historic deaths from years past and not previously recognized will be honored. We honor their memory and sacrifice.

Colorado Fallen Hero Foundation
The challenges faced by agency heads and departments to honorably memorialize officers who have died in the line of duty, and care for their families and department personnel are daunting. The sad reality is there will be more, and your agency could be next.
The Colorado Fallen Hero Foundation (CFHF) will bring together multi-agency professionals with a variety of specialized skills to respond,and assist any organization with a memorial service befitting a hero as needed.
