CDPHE and Heroin Response Work Group Survey

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and the Heroin Response Work want to thank you for participating in our short survey on how to improve technical assistance to law enforcement agencies and to promote increasing access to naloxone in Colorado’s communities. To date, we’ve received 46 responses!

For those of you who haven’t responded, we would still appreciate your feedback. Here is the link to the survey, and it will be open until 1/7/2019.
