The result for any detective attending this 3-day course will be a new approach to criminal investigation. Attendees will be able to increase their solve rate by understanding crime scene methodology and applying it to the following aspects of their investigations: Improved scene walk-through to identify the most crucial and often missed items of evidence, recognizing staged crime scenes to help better identify manner of death (suicide vs homicide), improving the interview and interrogation process by better comprehending what occurred in the scene even if the investigator can only spent a short amount of time in scene.
