Please make sure you have read the 2026 Exhibitor and Sponsor prospectus entirely prior to securing an Exhibitor Booth and/or Sponsorship. The explanations and inclusions for each sponsorship and exhibitor booth are included here. Annual Conference Exhibitor Showcase will take place Tuesday, June 9th from 10:00am to 4:00pm Location: Holiday Inn Estes Park 101 S St Vrain Ave The room block for this conference runs through May 8th. Exhibitor space includes one six-foot draped table and two chairs. Displays must fit within the six-foot space. If additional space is required, please contact the CACP staff at [email protected]. Electricity is available and included in the price of an exhibitor booth. Electricity must be requested in advance, no later than May 25, 2026. Requesting electricity after this date or during the event will require an additional charge. Registration includes up to four credentialed staff. There is an option to register more credentialed staff at $150 each. Booths for CACP Partners will be assigned first. Remaining booths will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. CACP must receive the names of ALL credentialed staff that will be at the booth by May 25, 2026, in order to have printed name badges available at Registration. It is the responsibility of the person completing the registration for the Exhibitor Booth to convey this information to those that will be attending the conference. We will be sending out a form via email to each exhibitor to register ALL credentialed staff. This form MUST be completed by May 25, 2026. If this information is not received, there will be adhesive name tags that can be filled out by hand at the Registration table. All displays, exhibits, and decorations must conform to the Town of Estes Park and the Holiday Inn Estes Park fire codes. Duct tape, pins, or tacks in drapery, on walls, or on posts, etc. are not permitted. Exhibitors will set up on Monday, June 8th between 12:00pm and 5:00pm. Check in at the Registration Desk to receive badge credentials and booth assignment. We do not send out booth assignments ahead of the conference. You will receive the information regarding your booth location when you check in at the registration desk on Monday, June 8th at or after 12:00pm. The evening of June 8th will be a cocktail reception with Exhibitors and Attendees from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. If you purchase an Exhibit Only booth, it includes lunch on Tuesday. The Exhibit Hall is open for one day only, Tuesday, June 9th from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Exhibitors are not registered to attend any conference sessions. You will receive more information from us as we get closer to the conference. We will also be offering an Exhibitor Showcase Presentation link to watch at a time convenient for you prior to the conference to go over guidelines, expectations, share best practices and provide exhibitor tips. Note: CACP values its exhibitors, sponsors, and partners and is committed to protecting their investment in our events. Unauthorized solicitation (“suitcasing”) and offsite commercial activity (“outboarding”) are strictly prohibited. Attendees observed soliciting business in aisles, public spaces, or within another company’s booth will be asked to leave immediately and may have their credentials revoked. Unauthorized commercial activity conducted by non-participating companies in hotel rooms, hospitality suites, restaurants, or nearby venues will be shut down at contracted properties. Individuals or companies engaging in these activities may be denied access to future CACP events. Exhibitors and Sponsors will encompass those companies or other entities offering materials, products or services of specific interest to attendees as determined by CACP in its sole discretion. Sponsors and Exhibitors deemed ineligible will be notified separately and will receive a full refund prior to the event.
